Meet Mary
Mary Chapman has a long history of working in different forms of health care. She has always been very interested in the body and its healing processes. Using knowledge from many courses in the areas of Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology, she has applied this consistently to improve the level of care she has provided to others and to herself.
She had a Reflexology session herself to investigate different healing practices and was so amazed at the benefits she received. She experienced how Reflexology points in the feet really correspond to parts of the body. She is still amazed at what Reflexology can do for people.
Mary strongly believes that healing involves the spirit.
She has witnessed this in her own life as in the lives of others. She likes to bring care and nurturing to others in her practices of Reflexology and Reiki. She believes that we can help ourselves to heal our bodies and spirits and that self-care is health care.
